Hand-Tooled Standing Seam

The hand tooling is an historically accurate method of
installing the standing seam, using tools that were made in
the 1800’s.

This method has been successfully used for over 150 years.
Time proven. We don’t take a pre-engineered system and fit
it to your home. We take a piece of metal and make a roof
out of it. Hand tooling is an art form.

Metal

Ordinary roofing materials have shorter life spans than metal
and therefore, need to be replaced regularly. Properly
installed, a metal roof virtually never needs to be replaced,
saving you money while adding value to your residential or
commercial structure.

A metal roof offers superior protection against the elements,
is fire resistant, and a insulator; due to it's reflective
appearance.

Copper

The history of copper in architecture can be linked to its
durability, corrosion resistance, prestigious appearance, and
it's ability to form complex shapes

Copper’s most famous trait is its display from a bright
metallic color, to iridescent brown, to near black, and finally
to a greenish verdigris patina. Copper’s distinctive green
patina has long been coveted by architects and designers all
over the world.

Copper roofs are extremely durable and have been known to
perform well for over 700 years.

As for maintenance; a copper roof requires none.

Slate

Slate has an extremely low water absorption index, making
the material waterproof, and therefore an extremely effective
roofing material.

Where many roofing materials are lucky to last 20-30 years
before needing to be replaced; a slate covered roof could last
more than 150 years, if the roof is properly constructed.

Slate is a natural stone product with a unique, beautiful
appearance. Slate roofing tiles are available in various sizes
and thicknesses, as well as a wide range of colors including,
gray, green, purple, black, red, and even mottled tiles that
consist of several colors mixed together.

Tile

Concrete and clay tiles are available in a variety of colors,
shapes, sizes, and styles. In fact, today manufacturers can
produce tiles to suit any architectural style, from
Mediterranean and authentic Spanish, to New England
Colonial, contemporary or historic. The possibilities are
virtually endless.

Clay and concrete tile roofs are one of the most cost-
effective choices due to their long lifespan of 100 years or
more.
In Asia and Europe, many structures with clay tile roofs
have remained intact, functional, and beautiful for centuries.
